 | The Temen-Ni-Gru is a tower built by disciples of the demon clan, meant as a path from the Human World to the Underworld. It was sealed away, underground, by Sparda two thousand years ago when he sealed the gate between the two worlds, in a complex ritual requiring him to confiscate the names of fallen angels representing the seven deadly sins, imprison the tower's five gatekeepers, seal away Leviathan as well as his own demonic power, split the Amulet allowing passage between the worlds, and sacrifice both his blood and that of a human priestess named Mary.

Hiruna  | | Mallet island is the name of the island that Mundus rule after being defeated by Sparda, not much history of this place is given, but Mundus planned to create and open the portal between human and demon world and drive the world back to its chaos state.

Nero | | Fortuna is a isolated city/ island that appeared in DMC 4, not much about it is known, but there is a religious group that worship Sparda. Apparently it is designed in gothic fashion and the residents celebrate with a songtress, most notably Kyrie. This is also where the main character of Devil May Cry 4, Nero lives.
